The Horizontal feed mixer wagon are divided into two classes. The P-Range where we have models from 250kg-2000kg capacity and the 4 Auger wagon which is our largest and most robust feed mixer.

An Outstanding Mixing Action 

The P-Range mixer acquires a Premium quality mix at much lower cycle times than our competitors by means of a combination between a Paddle and auger mixer.  The Mixers have a large, low rpm Paddle combined with two augers. Feed is tumbled and aerated by the paddle which feeds both augers and vice versa.

A Plethora of serrated knifes 

The mixer paddle floor contains a pattern of serrated knifes staggered in such a way to produce the perfect cut for cattle. As the paddle rotates the knifes pass through slots cut into the paddles themselves. The grass/hay is cut on every pass. In addition, the top auger has 4 knifes for every flight resulting in much lower idle times while waiting for the roughage to be processed, even for cuts as small as 25mm. 

Loading and Unloading 

Mixers can be loaded by TLB or at the back by hand made possible by a platform which includes a lower feed tray for concentrates. We have a self-loader option which has a 500mm fill height. The great mixing capability of the mixer ensures a thoroughly mixed ration irrespective of where the raw material is added. When its time to feed  the product is discharged through a hydraulic door which is operated from the tractor seat. Various attachments are available upon request such as discharge belt or screw conveyor. Bagging options in the event of stationary mixers are also available. Thick Conveyor belt attached to the paddle facilitates proper cleaning of the paddle floor. 

Robust Design for a long Service Life 

All or P-range mixers boast a thick sheet metal floor plus a 4.5mm Liner. This means that the mixer effectively have a 10mm floor.  The P2000-P1000 have a 8mm thick Bottom auger and 6mm Top Auger. The paddle is as robust as they come. The Mixer  paddles are cut from high quality 20mm thick carbon steel sheet. The Drive train has no geared units. Only high-quality heavy-duty chain, sprockets and bearings are used.
