These Mixers use two or more ribbon flights to fold and mix product. The average mixing time is approximately 10 minutes. Mixers are manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel. The machine frame is manufactured from carbon steel. Product is separated from the bearing arrangement by food grade gland packing. Product is discharged through a Teflon slide gate mounted underneath the mixer. Optional Screw Conveyors are available.
