Description 

The Zeus Spreader is more economical, multi-purpose and can upgrade for your spreading needs 

The 16m? bin capacity saves time by reducing frequent refilling intervals 

The Zeus Spreader offers value for money and uncompromised quality 

Zeus is designed using a modular system where the chassis and the body is not welded but bolted, with rubber between the chassis and body, thus reducing the possibility of any welded components cracking 

The tandem axle and ?F2? leave spring system adapts to conditions enabling it to quickly and effectively spread fields 

This Spreader is fully hydraulic-powered which is compatible with most GPS precision spreading systems. The standard model is manufactured and equipped with a flow controller with 29 settings 

Zeus has a spreading width of up to 60m (granular fertilizer) and has been tested at a speed of 17km/h 

The Zeus Spreader carries large quantities of material and will spread at the required rate 

A minimum calibration for fertilizer is 50kg/hectare and up to 15 tons of lime or gypsum/hectare 

The Zeus is capable of spreading fertilizer, lime, gypsum, or dry, organic sieved material. The spreading width can be adjusted by configuring the spinner?s blades angle for wider spreading 

Zeus has a ground clearance height of +/- 500mm, with the spinners rotating at 750rpm, and at the point of discharge, has a ground clearance height of +/- 800mm 

The Zeus Spreader is fitted with marker lights, tail lights, as well as reflection material, making it visible at night 

Also fitted with spot lights for effective night operation 

Ensures availability of replacement parts and back-up service when required. 

Discharge gate mounted at the rear is manually set 

Exact wheel track for minimum soil compaction 

Double disc spinner box angles – adjustable from 135? to 180? 

Unique mounted fish tail evenly delivers material to both spinners 

Optional roll on, roll off canvas cover 

Hydraulic motors are fitted with quick couplers to replace motors with ease 

Fitted with dust and waterproof lockable box 

Fitted with sieve screens to protect machine from foreign objects 

Removable feed chain base plate
