Description 

The BPI Sickle Bar Mower is mounted to the tractor by the three-point linkage system and operated by the PTO of tractor. It eliminates the effort of cutting crops and it allows to cut various types of forage and grasses alike 

There are two models available: single bar cutting action and double bar cutting action 

The double action Sickle Bar allows for a maximum working speed of up to 10km per hour and has a tough construction along with a heavy duty PTO, weight compensation spring, transport blade protection and a safety release which protects the unit from obstructions in the field 

Operator can mow around ponds, alongside buildings and down roadsides 

With help of the tooth-blade motion system, a scissors-cut is possible which leads to a high speed operation 

The tooth-blade motion guarantees a sharp and clean cut on any type of grass 

The blade cutting action is driven by three V-belts and the crank shaft and blades are balanced ensuring a smooth and quiet operation of the machine 

The negative movement of the cutting bar allows the bar to operate at a sloped angle 

The cutter bar is equipped with an automatic break-away system which enables the cutting action to break away in the case of obstructions 

The machine is ideal for work on banks, slopes and in drainage canals, because mowing bar can work in a tilted position
